We Don't Believe in Diets.
A healthy lifestyle must be manageable and realistic for the long term. You don't have to stop eating your favorite foods. We provide guidance tailored to your body so you can enjoy life while improving your health β built on the same evidence-based nutrition principles published by Dr. Stuart Phillips and the McMaster Centre for Nutrition, Exercise & Health Research.
See the Nutrition Science βQuestions? We have answers.
No! No matter your current fitness level, we have the program that's right for you. Our programming is designed for universal scalability β meaning every movement adjusts to your body, your starting point, and your goals. The published research is clear: consistency beats intensity, and the right starting point is the one you'll actually return to.
Results take time, but if you're consistent, they will come. Beginners typically see strength and overall fitness gains within 30 days β a window backed by published neuromuscular adaptation research showing measurable improvements in coordination, work capacity, and resting metabolic rate within 4β8 weeks.
We are a community of people sharing the same fitness journey. Our coaches are certified and continually study the latest exercise-science research so what shows up in your class is genuinely evidence-based. And we celebrate every member's wins β that's where the "100 Club" comes from. If you win, we all win.
Yes. We organize most of our classes into small groups β a format the research consistently links to higher long-term adherence (Burke et al., 2006) and stronger social-support effects on health outcomes. You will meet your community here.
Beginners typically start with 2β4 classes per week, with the goal of working up to 5 per week after the first few months. This aligns with the WHO's 2020 physical activity guidelines (150β300 min of moderate-to-vigorous activity per week, plus 2+ days of muscle-strengthening) and with the doseβresponse curves established in cardiovascular and longevity research.
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. We focus on building sustainable habits, with guidance tailored to your body β the same approach used by the McMaster Centre for Nutrition, Exercise & Health Research. Adherence is the single biggest predictor of long-term success.
Class programming includes a strength portion (Olympic lifts, deadlifts, squats, bodyweight strength, or skill work like handstand pushups), a conditioning portion (intervals, circuits, rowing, sled work), and mobility/recovery elements. Workouts range from 5 to 20+ minutes of focused work, all coach-led, all scalable.
